Job Description:

Job Summary


Manage the various HRA accounts for our clients, ensuring that benefits are processed appropriately and timely.

Key Result Areas



  • Process HRA claims daily, applying benefits as appropriate.

  • Review eligibility on a weekly basis and update HRA contributions as needed.

  • Review HRA auto claims daily to determine if payment should be allowed or suppressed.

  • Load HRA contributions as needed.

  • Handle HRA voids, reissues and refunds.

  • Respond to call logs from all departments relate to the HRA accounts.

  • Pull reporting for HRA as needed.



  • Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.

Experience and Skills:

Minimum Qualifications


  • High school graduate or equivalent

  • Proficient with 10 key

  • Competent in Excel

  • Complete projects and tasks in a timely and accurate manner

  • Ability to work independently

  • Good organizational skills

  • Ability to work efficiently, perform multi-tasking, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines

  • Ability to efficiently and effectively perform the Essential Key Result Areas with or without a reasonable accommodation without posing a direct safety threat to others or self

  • Knowledge of department assigned

  • Accuracy with numbers

  • Arrives to work on times and is dependable.
