Job Description:

Team member will be responsible for all aspects of the Rx accumulator load process, this will include updating member’s Medical and RX deductible and out-of-pocket dollars. The daily report reconciliation, and the monitoring of members accumulators to ensure their Deductible and Out of Pocket dollars are accurately reflected.

  • Reconciliation of daily load reports
  • Monitor members monthly to ensure Deductible, OOP dollars are reflected accurately.
  • Facilitate adjustment requests of medical claims for over applied deductible and/or out of pocket dollars.
  • Maintain a 2 day turn-around time for internal and external inquiries
  • Identify and escalate any issues that arise which would cause a negative impact to members and/or clients.
  • Complete regular audits to ensure data is accurately displayed


  • Understanding the impact inaccuracies have on our members, brokers and clients.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to assist team members
  • Bring forward ideas for process improvement

Experience and Skills:

  • High school education or equivalent.
  • Team and Goal oriented
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organizational Skills
  • Industry knowledge of TPA products preferred
  • Ability to work efficiently, perform multi-tasking, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to maintain excellent working relationships with all departments
  • Demonstrate a strong attendance record with minimal un-scheduled absences

  • Must maintain good customer service relationships with internal and external customers.
