Experience and Skills:
Minimum Qualifications & Education
- High school degree, or equivalent
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Two or more years of office/bookkeeping experience
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual in Spanish and English

- Knowledge of retirement plan terminology
