Experience and Skills:
Minimum Qualifications & education
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- One (1) year of experience in a customer service-related role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Two (2) years of experience in an administrative or Human
Resource-related role
