Experience and Skills:
- High school degree or equivalent
- Excellent problem solving, verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analysis and technical writing skills
- Ability to work efficiently, multi-task, prioritize tasks, and
meet tight deadlines
- Ability to perform Key Responsibilities efficiently and
effectively with or without a reasonable accommodation without
posing a direct safety threat to others or self
- Ability to use diplomacy and work as part of a team to maintain
positive and productive working relationships
- Adhere to company values, policies and standard operating procedures
- Regular, reliable attendance is required

- Strong reporting experience
- Working knowledge of SQL
