Job Description:


The Subrogation Coordinator I, is responsible for managing communications both written and verbal, between the client, members attorney, claims team and subrogation vendor.  Researches the required claims related as well as injury details and provides it to the subrogation vendor to assist in their recovery efforts on behalf of the Client. This position provides a high level of customer service to clients, brokers, vendors, and internal teams, as well as performing various duties as assigned to support the department.

Key Functions

  • Provides various information and updates to internal teams, vendors and clients as needed
  • Develops and maintains a working relationship with subrogation vendors and their shared websites.
  • Gathers the required information needed to pursue recovery from third-party liability vendor including but not limited to claim payment information.
  • Facilitates lien proposals/settlement offers between the client and subrogation vendor for resolution
  • Creates, maintains, and distributes weekly and monthly reporting as needed

  • Performs other duties as assigned to ensure individual and group goals are achieved with Accuracy, Customer Service and Timely Turnaround

Experience and Skills:

Key Functions Minimum Qualification & Education

  • High school degree, or equivalent
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products with an emphasis in Excel
  • Accounting, great organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent customer service attitude and professionalism
