Job Description:

LOCAL - IN OFFICE - IDAHO

Eligibility Clerk I provide superior Accuracy, Customer Service and Timely Turnaround while giving guidance to internal and external customers relating to the clerical services [imaging, filings and mailings]. 

$10.18/hour plus an extensive benefits and compensation package!

Key Functions

  • Manages the eligibility electronic folders including imaging and attaching documents to our proprietary software system.
  • Supports others with various filing, copying and mailing functions
  • Redirects eligibility call logs to Eligibility Specialists
  • Note taker during team meetings
  • Ensures compliance with HIPAA and HITRUST information security requirements to protect client information.
  • Adheres to AmeriBen culture by demonstrating Integrity, Initiative, Good Judgment, and Teamwork.
  • Performs other duties as assigned to ensure individual and group goals are achieved with Accuracy, Customer Service and Timely Turnaround.

 

 

Experience and Skills:

  • High school degree, or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Some basic office setting experience
