Job Description:

Job Summary

Coordinates the Technology Service Center aspects for onboarding of new vendors and clients through implementation. Serves as a technical business service and process expert to guide both internal and external customers. Leads implementation of new or improved products and process. Performs analysis of company requests for Technology Services to improve business applications or processes. Assistance in triage to define and scope an issue then identify feasible solutions for incidents and enhancement requests.

Key Result Areas

Essential

  • Provide expertise in key business areas of the organization that rely on information services for support

  • Subject matter expert point of contact for customers of TSC

  • Coordinate customer expectations to core product lines

  • Collaborate with internal teams to interpret customer requests related to new products, translate expectations to business specifications that are meaningful to developers ensuring outcomes meet or exceed expectations.

Experience and Skills:

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school degree or equivalent with four-year technical degree or equivalent experience

  • Excellent analysis and technical writing skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple customer tasks concurrently

  • Ability to use diplomacy and work as part of a team to maintain positive and productive working relationships

  • 3-5 years Healthcare industry experience preferably in the TPA sector

  • Understanding of Windows operating systems, SQL Server, claims adjudication system

  • Proven experience in project management and documentation

  • Ability to work efficiently, multi-task, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines

  • Ability to efficiently and effectively perform the Essential Key Result Areas with or without a reasonable accommodation without posing a direct safety threat to others or self.

  • Response time to requests - typically 4 hours or 1 hour in an emergency.

  • Adhere to company values, policies and standard operating procedures.
