Key Result Areas
Process Bashas HRA claims daily, applying benefts as appropriate.
Review Bashas Cobra Particants on a weekly basis and apply monthly contributions as needed.
Review and Monitor all Bashas retro terms and retro adds and adjusting the contributions as necessary.
Review HRA auto claims daily to determine if payment should be allowed or suppressed.
Load HRA contributions as needed.
Handle HRA voids, reissues and refunds.
Respond to call logs from all departments relate to the HRA accounts.
- Pull reporting for HRA as needed.
- Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.
