As a Medical Claims Processor II, you will provide internal and external customer service relative to medical claims processing.
Prior medical claims processing experience is required.
Key Result Areas
- Production is 25-27 claims per hour.
- Standard 5-day turnaround time for call tracking
- Keep assigned clients at a 5 working-day turnaround time
- Maintain accuracy of 99% for financial, 97% for payment, and 95% for procedures
- Handles incoming pending responses on a daily basis
- Assist Claims Team Leads and other Claims Processors as needed
- Process adjustments
- Performs other duties as assigned or needed.
