Minimum Qualifications & education
- High school degree, or equivalent
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products with an emphasis in Excel
- Accounting, great organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent customer service attitude and professionalism
- Protect and enhance the Core Purpose and the Core Values of AmeriBen
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-2 years of stop loss, customer service or claims experience
including verbal and written communication
- Knowledge of medical and dental terminology
Comprehensive understanding of Stop Loss and Subrogation
