Job Description:

A Customer Care Team lead motivates a team and assists with their continued development. They ensure overall work accuracy, customer service and timely turn around, by providing daily support of people, processes, and technology.


  • Understands service expectations
  • Motivates team and assesses performance.
  • Effectively handles escalated issues with patience, tact, and confidence
  • Conducts team meetings to update representatives with best practices and current expectations
  • Assists with ongoing inter-departmental trainings
  • Generates individual and team performance reporting
  • Works with other departments in support of the Customer Care services.
  • Conducts yearly performance reviews and process improvement plans.
  • Identifies customer service trends and determines service improvements
  • Assists with quality and productivity initiatives.
  • Performs other duties as assigned to ensure individual and group goals are achieved with Accuracy, Customer Service and Timely Turnaround.

Experience and Skills:

  • High school degree, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
  • Demonstrated excellent attendance and punctuality.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of medical and dental terminology.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience.
  • Experience taking continuous inbound calls.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
